F-117 vs B-2
Despite the third screenshot (of the underside) could let think to the Northrop B-2, the two others pictures (displaying the cockpit area) show undoubtedly a Lockheed F-117. LVCDC 00:46, 18 May 2014 (MDT)

I was comparing a real 1993 launch with the Discovery launch shown on the "X-Files". Taking into consideration that this episode was filmed in 1993 it just doesnt make sense. Look here:
Could it be a CGI modified Columbia instead?
