A film that mixes drama and documentary in telling the real story of a persecuted scientist who had attempted to develop the theories of Marx and Freud and a fictionalised account of a Yugoslavian woman's affair with a Russian skater. The purpose of this is to develop a Freudian metaphor between communism and sexual repression.
