Hi, Would suggest that the blue plane is a Hawker Hunter.

HAWKER HUNTER M58MX

"Potomac Airfield" was shot at Van Nuys, Google maps shown in program "hanger 3" is Van Nuys.

The actual shots also appear to be at Van Nuys In the background is a second Hunter in camouflage colours.
