A massive war has destroyed much of the world. Except for scattered criminal gangs, human society is divided into two groups: the totalitarian Omegas and the peaceful Outsiders. A mysterious biker known only as the Rider is persuaded by the Outsiders to assist them in overthrowing the oppressive Omegas.
Note: Screenshots used are from the Mystery Science Theater 3000 riffing of the film, explaining the presence of the shadowy characters at the bottom of the screen.

Another Omega helicopter. Chases after the Aérospatiale, but is shot down with a rocket launcher by McWayne.
