Movie (1989)
Starring:
Michael Keaton (Batman / Bruce Wayne)
Jack Nicholson (The Joker / Jack Napier)
Kim Basginer (Vicki Vale)
Robert Wuhl (Alexander Knox)
Michael Gough (Alfred Pennyworth)
Pat Hingle (Commissioner James Gordon)
Gotham City is riddled with crime, controlled by mobsters and by psychotic madmen like the Joker. With the police and district attorney helpless, only a new vigilante known as the Batman (in reality millionaire playboy Bruce Wayne) who strikes terror into the hearts of evildoers can combat the rising crime right.
Aérospatiale Gazelle
The Joker's helicopter. It flies him to the parade and his henchmen attempt to extract him from the church roof via rope ladder in the climax. Exterior shots were done with a model.
Batwing
Batman's fictional customized plane, used against the Joker in the parade sequence. The Joker shoots it down with a ridiculously oversized revolver. Like the Joker's Gazelle it is done entirely as a model in exterior shots.
