After looking closely at the image, I think the last digit of the registration is a 4, which would make this aircraft either N4734 (Clipper Charmer) or N4754 (Clipper Resolute), both of which were originally delivered to National Airlines, and taken over by Pan Am when they bought National Airlines. Unidentified aircraft looks like a Lockheed Jetstar in the foreground with a Grumman Gulfstream III or IV directly behind it.
In the distance behind those, it looks like a Boeing 757.
