Both the registration and name appear to be false.
Registration N707PA belonged to a 707-121B with c/n 17587/2. However, this aircraft was named Jet Clipper Maria, instead of Jet Clipper America as seen here. Additionally, the airframe was no longer in use by Pan Am during the filming of this movie; having been passed to other operators.
Jet Clipper America was used at different times by three Pan Am 707s - N709PA, N710PA, and N880PA. Of these, only N880PA would have been active during filming, however no evidence can be found of it ever having blue engine cowlings as seen here.
