It's stolen by Tom Girton in Episode Three and used in an attempt to kill the Doctor, until Girton accidentally flies it into the heat barrier surrounding the town, whereupon it blows up. Ep.11.09 Invasion of the Dinosaurs
The Doctor steals a Land Rover and is chased by soldiers working for General Finch, and this helicopter. However after taking over another Land Rover used by his pursuers, he impersonates a soldier and radios the copter, and is able to call off the pursuit. It was entirely stock footage since the production couldn't afford to hire a helicopter.

British Airways flight out of Heathrow which is kidnapped through time along with all of its passengers and crew by the Master. A second Concorde, this time with the Doctor, Tegan and Nyssa aboard, is also taken in this manner. After the Doctor and friends rescue the people the Master kidnapped, the second Concorde is used to escape back through the time warp to the present.
