It's stolen by Tom Girton in Episode Three and used in an attempt to kill the Doctor, until Girton accidentally flies it into the heat barrier surrounding the town, whereupon it blows up. Ep.11.09 Invasion of the Dinosaurs
The Doctor steals a Land Rover and is chased by soldiers working for General Finch, and this helicopter. However after taking over another Land Rover used by his pursuers, he impersonates a soldier and radios the copter, and is able to call off the pursuit. It was entirely stock footage since the production couldn't afford to hire a helicopter.

Lupton steals the Doctor's car (also known as the "Whomobile"), the Doctor follows him in this gyrocopter. Then after he lands, Lupton manages to steal this, so the Doctor takes off (literally) after him in the Whomobile.

After the Doctor and friends rescue the people the Master kidnapped, the second Concorde is used to escape back through the time warp to the present.
