The Brigadier's personal helicopter. Captain Yates and Sergeant Benton fly to Devil's End in it. It's stolen by Tom Girton in Episode Three and used in an attempt to kill the Doctor, until Girton accidentally flies it into the heat barrier surrounding the town, whereupon it blows up. False registration G-UNIT.

The Brigadier calls in the RAF to drop bombs on the giant maggots. The production team were planning to get an RAF Phantom to fly over but they couldn't afford it (and they didn't want to use stock footage), so this was used instead.

Ep.11.09 Invasion of the Dinosaurs
The Doctor steals a Land Rover and is chased by soldiers working for General Finch, and this helicopter. However after taking over another Land Rover used by his pursuers, he impersonates a soldier and radios the copter, and is able to call off the pursuit. It was entirely stock footage since the production couldn't afford to hire a helicopter.

In a continuity error, the Westland Scout becomes a Bell 47 in one shot.

Ep.11.22 Planet of the Spiders
Lupton steals the Doctor's car (also known as the "Whomobile"), the Doctor follows him in this gyrocopter. Then after he lands, Lupton manages to steal this, so the Doctor takes off (literally) after him in the Whomobile.
Registration G-AXVK, c/n CA-327 built in 1970.
The restoration of this gyrocopter in 2002 formed the basis of Salvage Squad Ep.01.04.

A second Concorde, this time with the Doctor, Tegan and Nyssa aboard, is also taken in this manner. After the Doctor and friends rescue the people the Master kidnapped, the second Concorde is used to escape back through the time warp to the present.
