This microlight is caught in restricted airspace above Checkers and the Harriers are scrambled to attack it. However, it is soon realised that it was blown off course by the wind.
Eurocopter AS355 Ecureuil 2

Boeing 747
This second airliner is the one the terrorist actually targets with the surface to air missile.
Series Five
Airbus A320-211
This airliner is seen in Episodes 5.01 and 5.02 when the air traffic control system is hacked so that two planes are taken off the system in an attempt to precipitate an air crash over London. It is most likely library footage and could well be one of the aircraft seen in 4.09.
Boeing 737-436
Series Six
Learjet 35/A
In episode 6.01 this aircraft is shown taking off when Adam Carter travels to Iran.
Boeing 747
Seen in Episode 6.03 this is supposedly a Cargo Plane that crashes by a US airbase. It is likely the footage is reused from another film or series or is CGI and indeed the plane seen crashing may is different to the one seen in the air.
Beechcraft 99 Airliner
Eurocopter EC120 Colibri
This helicopter is also used in 6.03 when Adam Carter flies to the Airbase where the plane is downed.
Boeing 737-236

Library footage of British Airways jet shown in Episode 10 of Series Six.
Boeing 757-200

Series Ten
Boeing 757-23A
Jet seen landing at the airport in 10.03. A Boeing 757 of Air 2000 in the 1990s.
This is clearly historic footage as you can see a DC-10 and a British Airways TriStar in the background.
Various Aircraft
Seen at the airport in 10.03. Looks like Stansted Airport but image appears to have been manipulated for some reason as the control tower and buildings are all slightly out of place. Aircraft are, from the top: Boeing 767-34AF/ER of UPS Airlines, Airbus A300B4-203/F of TNT Airways, Boeing 737-36N of Jet2.com and an Airbus A320-232 of Cyprus Airways.
