Anton Arcane creates hideous mutants, one of which, a leechman, escapes and begins terrorizing the nearby town. Swamp Thing stops the leechman before turning his attention to his old enemy Arcane in an effort to stop his evil plan to use his stepdaughter Abby's DNA in an experiment that will make him immortal.
